y ahora qué

Cattleya warneri
Often considered to be synonymous with Cattleya labiata, this species flowers in the spring while the former flowers in autumn. The species was named after Robert Warner who flowered the first specimen in England in 1860. Warner was from the family that cast the bells for Big Ben in London and an avid orchidist. This Brazilian species is found at low elevations in coastal areas of Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais and Bahia. As with other labiate cattleyas, there are many color forms of the species including concolor, alba and coerulea. This species can be grown as other cattleyas under intermediate temperatures and bright light in an open potting media
